This video is based on the 2008 update to the ISO 9001 standard. Keep in mind, the ISO 9001:2008 standard will not be out-of-date until the transition period for the 2015 Standard has lapsed (three years later - late 2018).
A special feature of this video is an added section with a more detailed explanation of the more relevant sub-clauses contained in Sections 4 through 8 of ISO 9001. While the requirements are discussed in general terms earlier in the video, this section focuses on the concepts having greater applicability to employees and their commitment to an organization's quality system.
In addition to the 35 minute video, the package includes a Learning Guide which follows the text of video, extracts key points, gives viewers space for taking notes, and has a quiz to test viewer's retention of material (extra copies of Learning Guide can be bought).
This is an excellent tool to reinforce the basic understanding of your employees to this updated standard.
